4) Side Stretching is quite similar to the instinctive version of this stretch. If someone is coming out of resting or sitting too long, they may do an instinctive stretch like the one for the Triple Heater. But sometimes they may also add a little side to side motion to the stretch. This is what is similar to the Side Stretches I am showing here.


Besides helping to massage the internal organs this stretch is especially useful for spinal health. Even though there is an instinctive stretch this is related to, people in general tend not to move their body from side to side during the day. This is a good one to make sure you do.
