4)Twisting Left and Right is the other major motion of the trunk. The other major motions of the trunk are the up down motion of Wood chopping and the side to side motion of Side stretching. The Twisting motion is almost like ringing a rag. First, as you exhale, turn your hips, then sholders and arms, then head and last the eyes. Inhale as you come back to center. Exhale as you turn in the other direction- hips, shoulders/arms, head and eyes. Repeat left and right.
